문의 사항은 학과로 연락 바랍니다. 종합시험은 학과내규에 따라 학과에서 시행합니다.
 
 

 

 
 

1. 신청 기간 : 9월 29일(월) ~ 10월 10일(금)

신청 기간 이후 추가 신청이 불가하오니 신청 기간 기한 엄수 바랍니다.

 
 

1) 시행 기간 : 10월 13일(월) ~ 10월 16일(목)

2) 종합시험 시행 일자 및 장소는 각 학과에서 공지

3) 합격 확인 방법 : 10월 27일(월),학사정보시스템> 학적/자격시험 > 자격시험관리 > 자격시험 및 학점취득조회 > 자격심사 : 종합시험(합격여부) PASS 확인

 
 

 
 

2. 신청자격

 
 

1)석사과정: 2학기 이상 등록 +18학점 이상 취득 또는24학점 이상 수강신청 + 평균성적B0이상

2)박사과정: 2학기 이상 등록 +24학점 이상 취득 또는36학점 이상 수강신청 + 평균성적B0이상

3)석박사통합과정: 4학기 이상 등록 +36학점 이상 취득 또는45학점 이상 수강신청 + 평균성적B0이상

※ 미등록생(수업료/연구등록비 미납부자) 응시 불가

 

 
 

3. 응시 과목 : [홈페이지 학과소개 > 학과내규]에서 종합시험 과목 확인 ▶ 학과에 종합시험 응시대상과목 등록 요청

 

1)석사과정은 학과내규에 따라 2개 과목 이상응시하여 합격해야 함
 
 

2)박사과정 및 석박사통합과정은 학과내규에 따라 3개 과목 이상응시하여 합격해야 함

 
 

 
 

4. 면제 자격

 

1) 인문/사회/경영/호텔/예체능 계열은SCIE, SSCI, AHCI 및 SCOPUS 또는한국연구재단 등재 학술지, 이공 계열은SCIE 또는 SCOPUS 학술지에석사는 1편, 박사는 2편의논문을 게재(Published)한 경우

※ 게재 예정(Accepted)은 인정 안됨

2) 주저자인 경우 1편, 공동저자인 경우는 참여저자 인원으로 배분하여 합산 100%인 경우 1편으로 인정

※ 주저자 : 1저자, 교신저자

※ 공동1저자(contributed equally as first author)일 경우, 참여 공동1저자 인원으로 배분하여 합산 100%인 경우 1편으로 인정

 

3)학위과정입학 후 저자의 소속표기가 세종대학교로 발표된논문만 면제 가능

4) 외국어시험을 면제받은 동일 논문의 종합시험 면제 이중 적용은 학과 내규에 따름

ISSN 번호가 위 링크 SCI(E)/SSCI/A&HCI, SCOPUS, KCI 리스트에서 검색되고, 논문 Title이 아래 각 웹에서 검색되는 경우에만 합격으로 인정

- 한국연구재단 등재 논문;https://www.kci.go.kr

- SCIE, SSCI, AHCI 등재 논문;https://www.webofscience.com

- SCOPUS 등재 논문;https://www.scopus.com

5. 신청 방법 : 학사정보시스템 > 학적/자격시험 > 자격시험관리 > 종합시험신청 > [신청상세정보]에서 [새로작성] 클릭

 

1) 종합시험 응시 신청

①종합시험신청유형 중과목신청 선택

②과목 선택 :과목 선택에 신청하고자 하는 과목이 없을 경우,학과에연락하여 이수한 과목의 학수번호(자격시험관리 > 자격시험 및 학점취득조회 >성적정보 에서 확인 가능)을알려주고응시대상과목으로등록 요청 → 학과 응시대상과목등록 완료 후 다시 신청

③ [저장(신청)]버튼 클릭
 
 

※ 당해 학기에 모든 과목을 신청하거나 합격하지 않아도 됩니다. (예 : 2025-2학기 1과목 신청, 2026-1학기 나머지 과목 신청 가능)

 
 

2) 종합시험 면제 신청 및 제출

①종합시험신청유형 중대체신청 선택

②대체 선택 : '학술지 논문 발표자'선택

③논문제목,학술지명, ISSN번호,페이지번호,주저자,교신저자,볼륨번호,발표일자,발행일자 입력(박사는 논문 2편 정보 입력)

⑤ (1) 종합시험 면제 신청서, (2) 학술지 논문 출력본(인쇄본)을 대학원(광개토관 905호)에제출, 논문 제출 시 스태플러 사용 금지

     ▶ 포털에서 면제 신청했더라도, 신청서와 논문 출력본을 대학원(광개토관 905호)에 제출하지 않으면 종합시험은 불합격 처리됩니다.

6. 유의 사항

 
 

1) 재시험 : 불합격된 과목은 석사 3회, 박사 4회에 한하여 재응시할 수 있습니다.(석사 본시험 1회+재시험 3회=4회까지 가능, 박사 본시험 1회+재시험 4회=5회까지 가능), 불합격한 과목으로 재신청해야 합니다.

2)학과에서 지정한 종합시험과목 외의 다른 과목을 신청한 경우는 무효처리하므로 반드시 학과내규 확인 후 신청 바랍니다.

3)입학 당시 학과에서 지정한 선수과목은 모두 수강하여야 종합시험 응시가 가능합니다.

4) 수강 중인 교과목 응시 방법:이수한교과목 응시를 원칙으로 합니다. 단, 부득이한 사유로 이수 중인 과목을 응시해야 하는 경우에는종합시험 응시원서를 학과에 제출하시기 바랍니다.학과장의 제청으로 대학원장의 승인을 득한 후, 대학원에서 응시 신청합니다.

 2025年度第二学期综合考试申请

如果有任何问题请咨询自己学科，综合考试根据各学科内规进行

 

1. 申请时间：9月29日(星期一) ~ 10月10日(星期五)

申请日期截止后无法追加申请，请严格遵守申请时间。

 

1) 考试日期：10月13日(星期一) ~ 10月16日(星期四)

2) 综合考试实行日期以及地点由各学科进行公告

3) 合格确认方法方法：10月27日（星期一）后请在本人学士信息系统上进行确认。学士信息系统(학사정보시스템)→学籍/资格考试(학적/자격시험)→资格考试管理(자격시험관리)→资格考试和学分取得查询(자격시험 및 학점취득조회)→资格审查 : 综合考试(合格与否)PASS(자격심사 : 종합시험(합격여부)PASS)

 

 

 

2. 申请资格

 

1) 硕士课程 : 完成两个学期课程+已取得18个学分或者进行24个学分以上选课+平均成绩B0以上

2) 博士课程 : 完成两个学期课程+已取得24个学分或者进行36个学分以上选课+平均成绩B0以上

3) 硕博连读课程 : 完成四个学期课程+已取得36个学分或者进行45个学分以上选课+平均成绩B0以上

* 本学期未缴纳学费/研究登录费的学生不可参加考试

 

 

3. 考试科目 : 请在【一般大学院官网学科介绍→学科内规】确认综合考试应试科目→要求专业登录综合考试应试科目[홈페이지 학과소개 > 학과내규]에서 종합시험 과목 확인 ▶ 학과에 종합시험응시대상과목

 

1) 硕士课程 : 根据学科内规需要参加两门以上科目考试, 并且合格

2) 博士课程以及硕博连读课程: 根据学科内规需要参加三门以上科目考试, 并且合格

 

 

 

4. 综合考试免除资格

 

1. 人文/社会/经营/酒店/艺体能专业在SCIE, SSCI, AHCI, SCOPUS或者是韩国研究财团登载学术杂志，理工科在SCIE或者是SCOPUS学术杂志上刊登论文(Published)。硕士刊登1篇, 博士刊登2篇。 

※预计刊发（Published）中的论文无法进行认证，仅限已正式刊登的论文可认证。

2) 主要作者的情况为1篇, 如果是共同作者的情况, 作为参与作者人员进行分配后合计为100%时视为1篇。

 

 

※主要作者： 第一作者，通讯作者。

※如果为共同第一作者（contributed equally as first author）的情况，即按参与的共同第一作者人数进行平均分配，合计满100%时，认定为一篇论文。

 

 

3）各学位课程入学后，仅限以‘世宗大学’为作者所属单位发表的论文可予以免除综合考试。

*在免除综合考试申请书上一定要填写8位数的ISSN号码（例：1234-5678）后再提交。

▶仅在 ISSN 号码可于上述链接中的 SCI(E)/SSCI/A&HCI、SCOPUS、KCI 列表中检索到，且论文题目能够在以下各网站中检索到的情况下，方可被认定为合格。

  -韩国研究财团登载论文;https://www.kci.go.kr

  -SCIE, SSCI, AHCI 登载论文;https://www.webofscience.com

  -Scopus 登载论文;https://www.scopus.com

※ 不可提交 Conference paper 

 

5. 申请方法 : 学士信息系统(학사정보시스템)→学籍/资格考试(학적/자격시험)→资格考试管理(자격시험관리)→综合考试申请(종합시험신청)→在申请详细信息[신청상세정보]处点击重新申请[새로작성]

 
 

1) 综合考试应试申请

① 综合考试申请类型(종합시험신청)中选择科目申请(과목신청)

② 科目选择 : 如果没有自己需要申请的科目，请联系专业后告知已修科目的学术编号학수번호(在资格考试管理[자격시험관리]→资格考试以及学分取得查询[자격시험 및 학점취득조회]→成绩信息[성적정보] 中可进行确认). 申请登录为应试对象科目。学科将科目登录完毕后方可重新申请。

③ 点击保存([저장(신청)]按钮

 

※该学期可以申请所有应试科目或是不合格。(例 : 2025年第2学期申请1门科目，2026年第1学期申请剩余科目)

 

 

2）申请免除综合考试以及提交相关材料

① 考试申请类型(종합시험신청)中选择代替申请(대체신청)

②在代替申请( 대체신청)里选择“学术杂志论文发表者(학술지 논문 발표자)”

③请输入论文题目, 学术杂志姓名, ISSN编号, 页面编号, 主要作者, 通讯作者, 音量编号, 发表日期, 发行日期(博士请输入2篇论文的信息)

④ 点击保存([저장(신청)]按钮

 

⑤请将(1)综合考试免除申请书(종합시험 면제 신청서) (2)印刷出来的论文纸质版提交至一般大学院教学科(广开土馆905室), 论文提交时请勿使用订书针

▶ 在学士信息系统申请综合考试免除后，需要将综合考试免除申请书以及纸质论文提交至一般大学院大学院教学科，否则不会进行综合考试合格处理。

6. 注意事项

 

1) 重考 : 未能合格的科目, 硕士课程可以重考三次, 博士课程可以重考4次(硕士第一次考试1次+重考3次=共4次考试机会，博士第一次考试1次+重考4次=共5次考试机会）。不合格的科目必须申请重考 .

2) 除了学科指定的综合考试科目外, 申请其他科目时将会做无效处理, 请务必确认学科内部规定后进行申请

3) 入学当时学科指定的选修科目全部修完才能参加综合考试

4) 正在听课的科目应试方法: 以应试已修科目为原则, 但是如果不得已原因需要申请正在听课的科目, 请向学科提交综合考试应试申请书(종합시험 응시원서), 经过学科长提请, 大学院院长批准后, 方可向大学院申请考试。

Application for the Fall 2025 Comprehensive Exam

 

If you have any questions, please contact your department. The comprehensive exam is conducted by the department according to the its regulations.

 

 
 

1. Application period : September 29(Mon) to October 10(Fri)

Please make sure to apply within the given period.

 

1) Exam Period : October 13(Mon) to October 16(Thu)
 
 

2) The date and place of the comprehensive exam will be announced by each department.
 
 

3) How to check PASS : October 27(Mon),Academic Information System> School Register Management > Qualifying Examination > Qualifying Exam/Credit Acquisition Status > 자격심사(Qualification Examination) : Check whether you passed the [General Exam]

 
 

 

2. Qualification for Application

 
 

1) Master's : Registered at least 2 semesters + acquired 18 credits or more, or applied for 24 credits or more + average grade B0 or above
 2) Doctoral : Registered at least 2 semesters + acquired 24 credits or more, or applied for 36 credits or more + average grade B0 or above
 3) Combined Master's-Doctoral :Registered at least 4 semesters + 36 credits or more, or applied for 45 credits or more + average grade B0 or above
 
 

 
 

 
 

3. Examination Course

 
 

1) Master's must take at least two courses according to the department's regulations.
 2) Doctoral and Combined master's-Doctoral must take at least three courses according to the department's regulations.
 ※ Comprehensive exam courses for each department can be found on HOME > Introduction of departments > Department > Department's regulations/종합시험(Comprehensive Exam)

※ Students must request their department assistant to register for their comprehensive exam courses.
 
 

 

 

4. Application for Exemption

 
 

1) Students who have published one paper during the master's program and two papers in doctoral programin the journals below. (※Papers with 'accepted' status will not be accepted)
  ① Students majoring in Humanities, Society, Management, Hotel, Arts and Sports : SCIE, SSCI, AHCI, SCOPUS, or National Research Foundation of Korea(한국연구재단)-registered journals, 

② Students majoring in Science and Engineering : SCIE, SSCI, AHCI or SCOPUS Journals
 2) If you arethe first author or corresponding author, approve it as one paper. In the case ofco-authors, distribute them to the number of participating authors, and approve them as one if the total is 100%

※ In the case of co-first authors (contributed equally as first author), the credit is divided among the co-first authors so that the total adds up to 100%, and it is recognized as one publication.
 3) A paper published by markingthe author's affiliation as Sejong University after entering the degree program

5. How to apply

 
 

Application through the Academic Information System > School Register Management > Qualifying Examination > General Exam Application/Cancellation > Application Details

 
 

1) Application for an examination
 ①Select 【과목신청】(course application) from 〔General Exam Application Type〕 in the 〔Application Details〕
 ② Selectthe coursein the 〔Course〕 :If there is no course you want to apply for the exam, please contact your department and ask them to register for the course
 ③ Click 〔Save(Request)〕 button
 
 

※ You are not required to apply for or pass all required courses within a single semester. 

(For example: You may apply for one course in the Fall semester of 2025 and the remaining courses in the Spring semester of 2026.)

   

2) Application and Submission for Exemption 
 ①Select【대체신청】(exemption application) from 〔General ExamApplication Type〕 in the 〔Application Details〕

②Choose 【학술지 논문 발표자】(Published paper) in the 〔Alternative〕
 ③ Enter Paper Information : Paper title, Journal title, ISSN, Corresponding author and Published Date.For doctoral applicants, enter information on two papers
 ④ Click 〔Save(Request)〕 button
 ⑤ Submit (1) application form for exemption of comprehensive exam, and (2) the printed copy of the paper to the graduate school office(Gwanggaetogwan 905).Please do not staple your papers when submitting them.

     ▶ Even if a student applies for an exemption from the portal, the student who does not submit the application and printed copy to the graduate school will NOT PASS the comprehensive exam.

6. Please Note

 
 

1) Retake: You can retake three times in master's and four times in doctoral program for the failed course.
 2) If you apply for courses not designated by the department, it will be invalidated, so please check the department's regulations.

3) You must take all the prerequisitecoursesdesignated by the department to take the exam
 4)Examination of the course(s) you are currently taking : Submit the application form of 'comprehensive exam for courses currently taking' to your department office.You can take the exam only after obtaining approval from the graduate school dean at the recommendation of the department's head.
